Instructions
- Dissolve yeast in warm water.
- Combine flour and salt in processor bowl and mix for a few seconds.
- Add dissolved yeast. With machine running, slowly pour in approximately 1 cup water.
- A soft ball of dough should form in a few seconds.
- If dough is too sticky, add flour a tablespoon at a time.
- If dough is too dry and ball does not form, add water a teaspoon or so at a time.
- Process about 1 minute after ball forms to knead dough.
