Frances' Beer Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 c. self-rising flour
  • 4 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 can beer (12 oz.), room temperature

Instructions

  1. Mix flour and sugar together well.
  2. Slowly stir in room temperature beer.
  3. Pour mixture into bread pan and let stand 15 minutes.
  4. Bake 1 hour at 350°.
  5. Makes really good toast!
