Freezer Stuffed Pepper

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
  • 1/2 c. rice (1 c. cooked)

Instructions

  1. Mix hamburger, onion, cooked rice, Cheez Whiz, salt and pepper.
  2. Put in green peppers.
  3. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
  4. Cool completely, package, place in refrigerator overnight, then put in freezer.
