- Let the dandelions soak 2 days.
- Strain and add all other ingredients.
- Cover with cheesecloth and let set 2 weeks.
- Stir everyday so the yeast works.
- Strain and bottle lightly.
- Wait 3 weeks and seal well.
- Good luck.
