French Dandelion Wine

Ingredients

  • 3 qt. dandelion blossoms
  • 1 gal. boiling water
  • 3 lb. sugar
  • 2 oranges, sliced
  • 2 lemons, sliced
  • 1/2 c. raisins (dry)
  • 2 envelopes yeast

Instructions

  1. Let the dandelions soak 2 days.
  2. Strain and add all other ingredients.
  3. Cover with cheesecloth and let set 2 weeks.
  4. Stir everyday so the yeast works.
  5. Strain and bottle lightly.
  6. Wait 3 weeks and seal well.
  7. Good luck.
  8. Very good.
