French Fried Turnips

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 large turnips, peeled and cut into thin strips

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, salt and pepper.
  2. Dredge turnips in flour mixture. Deep fry in vegetable oil until brown.
  3. Drain turnips on paper towel.
