French Roll-Ups

Instructions
- Beat eggs long enough to mix yolks and whites.
- Add flour and salt and stir again until batter is smooth.
- Combine milk and salad oil.
- Stir into egg mixture until batter looks like heavy cream.
- Pour batter from cup or pitcher onto hot griddle.
- When little bubbles show, turn and brown on other side.
- Spread with jelly or preserves; roll up like tube and serve.
- Can sprinkle with powdered sugar.
