Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 c. fresh bread crumbs (about 5 slices bread), trimmed of crusts and ground in food processor 20 to 30 seconds

Instructions

  1. Heat butter in large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add bread crumbs; cook, tossing to coat with butter about 10 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
