Fried Apple Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. oleo, melted
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, shredded
  • 3/4 c. self-rising flour
  • 2 cans fried apples

Instructions

  1. Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  2. Put in apples.
  3. Pour butter over apples.
  4. Combine sugar, cheese and flour.
  5. Pour over apples. Cover and bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
  6. Uncover and cook until golden brown.
