Fried Cinnamon Pies

Instructions
- Mix together cinnamon and sugar.
- Make up pie crust with water, lard and flour.
- Roll out enough to fold over after putting filling inside and flute edges (good), so won't leak out when frying.
- Put filling inside and fry in skillet until golden brown on each side. Only makes 1 pie or 2 small ones.
