Ingredients

  • clean crawfish
  • pancake flour or bread crumbs
  • milk
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season crawfish.
  2. Dip in milk, then in seasoned flour.
  3. Fry in deep cooking oil.
  4. Brown well and drain on paper towel.
  5. Serve with sliced tomatoes and hot sauce.
