Fried Hard Crabs

- Clean and wash hard crabs thoroughly.
- For 1 dozen hard crabs, combine 2 cups flour, salt and pepper in large mixing bowl. Lightly press bony, inner shell, being careful not to break back shell.
- Dust in flour mixture and fry in small amount of cooking oil until golden brown.
