Instructions
- Clean and wash the fish, leave to drain thoroughly. Sprinkle with salt.
- Coat each fish in flour.
- Heat the cooking oil. Fry the fish until crisp and golden.
- Drain on a metal rack or paper towel.
- Serve with garlic slices and a lemon crown.
