Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 c. crushed pineapple
  • 1 pkg. lemon jello
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 c. whipping cream
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Cook together the pineapple, jello and sugar for 1 minute; then chill.
  2. Whip cream and lemon juice, then add chilled and thickened fruit mixture.
  3. Use baked pie shell or graham cracker crust.
