Frozanne Frosting is a rich, creamy vanilla frosting with chocolate decorettes, perfect for decorating layered cakes and adding a sweet, festive touch to any celebration.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. supreme powdered sugar, sifted
  • 1/2 cup soft butter or margarine
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 4 to 5 tablespoons milk
  • 3 tablespoons (1 oz.) chocolate decorettes

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together butter, salt, vanilla, and about one-third of the powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
  2. Alternately add the remaining powdered sugar and milk, beating until smooth and of spreading consistency.
  3. Stir in the chocolate decorettes, reserving some for garnish.
  4. Frosts two 8 or 9-inch cake layers or a 13 x 9 x 2-inch cake.
