Ingredients

  • 6 eggs, separated
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 pt. milk
  • 1 pt. bourbon
  • 1/2 c. rum
  • 1/4 c. sugar

Instructions

  1. Beat egg yolks and 1/2 cup sugar together until light and creamy.
  2. Add milk and liquors to mixture.
  3. Fold in egg whites that have been beaten stiff with 1/4 cup sugar.
  4. Lastly, fold in whipped cream.
