Frozen Orange Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 small can orange juice (6 oz.)
  • 1 pt. vanilla ice cream
  • 3 c. whipped cream
  • 1 (10-inch) graham cracker pie crust

Instructions

  1. Place orange juice
  2. in large
  3. bowl.
  4. Beat
  5. 30 seconds. Add ice cream
  6. and
  7. blend.
  8. Fold
  9. in
  10. whip
  11. cream.
  12. Beat until smooth. Freeze, if necessary, until the mixture mounds. Spoon into pie crust and freeze until firm, at least 4 hours.
  13. Store any leftovers in the freezer.
