Ingredients

  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk
  • 1 large pkg. chopped dates
  • 14 oz. pkg. coconut
  • 8 oz. pkg. candied pineapple
  • 8 oz. pkg. candied cherries
  • 4 c. chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Mix ingredients thoroughly.
  2. Press mixture into 2 small wax paper lined loaf pans.
  3. Let stand several hours.
  4. Bake for 1 hour at 200°.
  5. Cool and store in freezer, if not served right away.
