Fruit Cobbler(Peach)

Instructions
- Combine milk, flour, salt, baking powder and shortening.
- Roll out dough.
- Place half of dough in a 9-inch square pan.
- Cook fruit, butter, sugar and flour until thick.
- I use double boiler. Pour this filling on dough.
- Place remaining dough on top. Sprinkle with sugar.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
- You can use any fruit including blackberries.
