Ingredients

  • 2 (8 1/2 oz.) or 1 (12 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
  • 1 (9 oz.) pkg. None Such condensed mincemeat, finely crumbled

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°.
  2. Prepare muffin mix according to package directions, stirring in mincemeat.
  3. Fill greased or paper baking cup-lined muffin cups 1/2 full.
  4. Bake 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Immediately turn out of pan; serve warm.
  6. Makes 18 to 22 muffins.
