Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 6 tablespoons self-rising flour
  • 1 tablespoon rainbow candy sprinkles, plus more for top
  • 2 tablespoons store-bought vanilla frosting

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients except the sprinkles and frosting into a microwave safe mug. Stir with a fork vigorously until batter is smooth and there are no lumps.
  2. Stir in 1 tablespoon of the sprinkles.
  3. Microwave for 90 seconds to 2 minutes. Cake will rise and top will be firm to the touch. Let cool 2 minutes.
  4. Spread frosting on top, sprinkle with more sprinkles and serve.
