Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, cauliflower or carrots or combo of 4 c. frozen vegetables
  • 4 oz. shredded Velveeta cheese
  • 2 c. sea shell macaroni, cooked and drained
  • 2 tsp. margarine, melted

Instructions

  1. Cook vegetables according to package directions.
  2. Drain. Combine cheese and macaroni with melted margarine.
  3. Add vegetables.
  4. Microwave on medium 2 minutes or until cheese melts. Serve immediately.
  5. Makes 4 servings.
