Ingredients

  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 2 tablespoons virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Grate the tomatoes with a coars grater.
  2. grate the garlic with a fine grater.
  3. add pepper, salt and oil.
  4. serve.
