Garlic Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 large clove garlic
  • 2 tomatoes (cut up)
  • 1 large cucumber (cut up)
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Take the clove of garlic and cut in half.
  2. In a glass bowl rub the inside of the bowl with the garlic until thoroughly coated. Take the garlic pieces used to rub the bowl and dice up fine.
  3. Mix all together into bowl.
  4. Let stand until it makes a quite a bit of juice.
  5. Add lettuce, as much as you want and carrots, celery or whatever you like in your salad.
