Garlic Salad

- Take the clove of garlic and cut in half.
- In a glass bowl rub the inside of the bowl with the garlic until thoroughly coated. Take the garlic pieces used to rub the bowl and dice up fine.
- Mix all together into bowl.
- Let stand until it makes a quite a bit of juice.
- Add lettuce, as much as you want and carrots, celery or whatever you like in your salad.
