Ingredients

  • 1 medium cabbage
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 pt. white vinegar
  • 1/3 c. Wesson oil
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. sugar

Instructions

  1. Shred cabbage in thin slices. (Do not chop or grate.) Combine cabbage, water, vinegar, oil and minced garlic. Let set 3 days, stirring once each day.
