- In a blender, mix 1 garlic clove, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 seeded canned chipotle pepper and 1 teaspoon adobo sauce (from pepper). Stir in 2/3 cup mayo; season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Serve with fish.
