Ingredients

  • 2 to 3 fish filets
  • 1 (16 oz.) can beer
  • 2 Tbsp. minced garlic
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate fish filets in beer for 2 to 3 hours or overnight. Remove and discard beer.
  2. Place filets in a baking dish.
  3. Add pepper and minced garlic.
  4. Pour Italian dressing over; cover with foil.
  5. Bake at 350° until done.
  6. Broil for 5 minutes.
