Ingredients

  • 1 c. diced potatoes
  • 1 small diced onion
  • 2 c. water (potato or vegetable water is best)
  • 3/4 c. stewed tomatoes
  • 3/4 c. creamed corn
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 c. cream or evaporated milk

Instructions

  1. Cook first 3 ingredients until soft.
  2. Add next 2 ingredients. Reheat and add last 2 ingredients.
