German Egg Noodles

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • flour
  • chicken or beef broth

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs with salt.
  2. Add enough flour to be able to knead dough.
  3. Roll on floured board until very thin.
  4. Dry and cut to desired width.
  5. Cook in boiling broth with lid on pot for 20 minutes.
  6. Be sure to have enough broth to cover noodles while cooking.
  7. Serves 4.
