German Egg Noodles
Ingredients
Instructions
- Beat eggs with salt.
- Add enough flour to be able to knead dough.
- Roll on floured board until very thin.
- Dry and cut to desired width.
- Cook in boiling broth with lid on pot for 20 minutes.
- Be sure to have enough broth to cover noodles while cooking.
- Serves 4.
