German Rice Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 c. pearl rice
  • 3 c. water
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Cook rice with water and salt for 1/2 hour or until done.
  2. Add butter, salt and milk.
  3. Pour into bowl; sprinkle with cinnamon. Cool in refrigerator.
  4. A very rich and sweet dessert.
