Ginger Ale-Nectar Punch

Ingredients

  • 2 (12 oz.) cans apricot nectar
  • 1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed and undiluted
  • 1 c. water
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • dash of salt
  • 1 (2 liter) bottle ginger ale, chilled

Instructions

  1. Combine first five ingredients and chill.
  2. Stir in ginger ale just before serving.
  3. Serve over ice.
  4. Yields 3 1/2 quarts.
