Glaze Ham Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 c. orange liqueur
  • 1/4 c. Dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. brandy
  • 2 c. apricot preserves

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. In medium size bowl, combine ingredients and mix well.
  3. Place ham, fatty side up, on rack set in shallow roasting pan in preheated oven for 1 hour.
  4. Spoon glaze over ham and bake 1 additional hour.
  5. Remove ham from pan.
  6. Pour off excess fat from pan.
  7. Pour 1 1/2
  8. cups water into pan. Place on top of stove and boil, scraping up particles. Strain and serve in gravy boat.
