Glazed White Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. small new potatoes or canned new potatoes
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. butter

Instructions

  1. Cook the potatoes until tender; peel.
  2. Melt the sugar in a heavy skillet until golden brown. Add the butter.
  3. Mix well. Rinse potatoes in cold water and add to sugar-butter mixture.
  4. Stir and heat potatoes until they are brown and shiny.
