- In microwave, warm 2 burritos to desired heat.
- Place 1 tortilla on griddle, place 1/2 of cheese on half tortilla and fold over.
- Repeat for second tortilla.
- Cook over medium heat.
- If you have a good griddle, no Pam or oil is needed and tortillas will be more crispy.
- Top burritos with picante sauce and no-fat sour cream to taste.
- Dip quesadilla in ketchup (lots of it)!
