Instructions
- Cover raisins with 3 cups water.
- Add spices and cracked cardamon seeds and shells.
- Simmer covered for 2 hours.
- Remove from heat; add wine.
- Bring almost to a simmer (160°) for 2 hours. Leave overnight.
- Drain.
- Squeeze raisins to get all wine out. Put in bottles.
