Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 6 carrots
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 lb. butter or margarine

Instructions

  1. Cut potatoes and boil until tender; mash.
  2. Cut carrots and boil until very tender.
  3. Mash.
  4. Combine potatoes, carrots and butter; mash together until well mixed.
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste.
