Ingredients

  • 3 medium apples, cut into 1/4-inch slices
  • 1/2 c. orange juice
  • 1/4 c. honey
  • 2 Tbsp. apricot preserves

Instructions

  1. Combine apples and orange juice in skillet.
  2. Bring to boil over high heat.
  3. Stir in honey and apricot preserves.
  4. Simmer, covered, for 5 minutes or until apples are tender.
  5. Serve warm with pork or ham.
