Ingredients

  • 1 c. good margarine or butter
  • 2 (3 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
  • jelly or jam of your choice

Instructions

  1. Let first two ingredients warm to room temperature.
  2. Blend together, then add flour, 1/4 at a time, work in with fingers and chill.
  3. Break off small chunks.
  4. Mold into small sized muffin tins, as for tarts.
  5. Fill with jelly or jam and bake 20 minutes in a 400° oven.
