Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. grape juice
  • 3 Tbsp. tapioca
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. orange juice

Instructions

  1. Cook together in a double boiler until thick enough to spread: grape juice, tapioca, sugar and orange juice.
  2. Spread over angel food cake.
  3. Let stand overnight.
  4. Cover with whipped cream.
