Ingredients

  • 3 brownies
  • 1 pint mint chocolate chip ice cream
  • 6 tablespoons creme de menthe
  • 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
  • chocolate shavings, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Crumble the brownies and divide among 4 martini glasses.
  2. Place 2 scoops of ice cream in each glass.
  3. Pour the creme de menthe over the ice cream, and top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
