Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon dried marjoram
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 1 tablespoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black peppercorns
  • 2 garlic cloves, roughly chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest

Instructions

  1. Pound all the ingredients in your motar with your pestle, until fine and well combgined.
  2. Store in an airtight container in fridgge for 1 month.
