Ingredients

  • 4 leaves kale
  • 1 (1/2 inch) piece ginger
  • 2 apples, quartered
  • 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. Process romaine lettuce, kale, ginger, apples, and lemon through a juicer. Stir before drinking.
