Ingredients

  • 5 tomatillos
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 1 large jalapeno pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash the vegetables well. Remove the leaf-like covering of the tomatillo before washing.
  2. Break the extra stem from the cilantro.
  3. Add ingredients to blender and puree.
  4. Ready to serve.
