Grilled Baked Cod

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. black cod fillets
  • 1 bunch fresh parsley
  • 2 fresh lemons, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. Prepare coals and cover the grill with foil.
  2. Grill the cod over hot coals for 5 to 6 minutes.
  3. Turn and grill an additional 2 to 3 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
  4. Serve with parsley and lemon wedges.
