Ingredients

  • 4 lemons, halved
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • salt & freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Halve lemons through middle (not lengthwise) and brush with olive oil.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill, cut-side down, for 3-4 minutes until golden; turn over and continue to grill for additional 2-3 minutes.
