Ingredients

  • 1 stick pie crust mix
  • 1 c. potato chips, crushed
  • 1 (4 1/2 oz.) can deviled ham
  • 2 Tbsp. dry sherry
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped canned pimento

Instructions

  1. Prepare pie crust, using package directions.
  2. Spread crushed potato chips on well-floured surface.
  3. Roll pastry over chips about 1/8 inch thick.
  4. Cut into 2 1/4-inch rounds.
  5. Fit into about 24 muffin cups.
  6. Prick each with fork and chill at least 15 minutes.
