Ham Crescent Snacks

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) crescent rolls
  • 4 thin slices (4 x 7-inch) ham
  • 4 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 c. shredded Swiss or Cheddar
  • 2 Tbsp. sesame seed

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 375°.
  2. Unroll dough to 4 long rectangles. Press perforations to seal.
  3. Place ham on each rectangle. Spread with mustard; sprinkle with cheese.
  4. Start with short end and roll up; press to seal.
  5. Coat with sesame seed.
  6. Cut each of 4 rolls into 5 slices forming 20 slices in all.
  7. Place cut side down on ungreased side on ungreased cookie sheet.
  8. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or golden brown.
  9. Remove from sheet and serve warm.
