Ingredients

  • green chiles
  • salt
  • red chile
  • water
  • flour
  • lean hamburger
  • garlic
  • tomato sauce

Instructions

  1. Brown hamburger with garlic, salt & pepper. Sprinkle flour into browned meat and brown. Add water and tomato sauce. Add green chile and simmer, stirring until thickened. Add red chile if needed for flavoring. (Leftover coffee from this mornings pot is secret ingredient, approx 1/2 C.)
