Hamdogs (Grilled)

Ingredients

  • 1 c. finely chopped ham
  • 3 Tbsp. pickle relish
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onions
  • 2 Tbsp. mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 lb. hot dogs (Ball Park)
  • 8 to 10 slices bacon
  • bottled barbecue sauce

Instructions

  1. Mix 1st 5 ingredients.
  2. Slit franks, cutting to ends and only 3/4 the way through.
  3. Stuff with ham mixture.
  4. Wrap with bacon. Secure with toothpicks.
  5. Brush with barbecue sauce while grilling until bacon is crisp.
  6. Serve in toasted buns.
