- Combine the chopped green chillies with the chopped olives, tomatoes and green onions, the lemon juice, oil, garlic salt and pepper in a medium-size bowl, blending well.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate overnight to heighten the flavors.
- Hollow out a sweet red pepper, if you wish, and fill with the dip.
- Makes 3 cups.
