- In medium saucepan, combine sugar, gelatin and salt, stir in orange juice, water, egg yolks and lemon juice, blend well; cook and stir over medium heat until gelatin dissolves and mixture is slightly thickened.
- Remove from heat, stir in Galliano and vodka, chill until partly set.
- Beat egg whites to soft peaks, gradually add 1/4 cup sugar; beat until stiff peaks.
- Fold in egg white mix to partly set.
- Beat 1 cup whipping cream, fold into gelatin and chill.
- Beat 1 1/2 cups whipping cream and spoon onto pie and chill.
- Decorate with orange slices.
